Curry leaves are rich in Vitamin A and hence they are good for hair growth and eyesight. They are rich in antioxidants so helps you stay young. They also help reduce cholesterol levels and have a lot more health benefits. Having this chutney regularly in your diet will improve hair growth and reduce hair fall. This is a favorite chutney in my home and even my little one licks her fingers while finishing it. In Sweden we do not get curry leaves, it is found rarely in some Indian shops, but very costly.
