Tandoori Chicken is something I never thought that can be done at home. We have enjoyed it only in restaurants. But first time gave it a try at home and it came out so so gooood. It was soft and juicy but it missed the smokey smell of tandoor. I made it using my oven at home. It was delicious in taste and texture. It is such a simple recipe anybody can do it, but it needs planning. We need to plan it the day before , to marinate and refrigerate the chicken in the spice mix with yoghurt.
