Mutton Biriyani
Mutton biriyani is always extra special than chicken biriyani , because of the flavor and taste mutton lends to the biriyani. The mutton cooked with all the spices, and the ginger garlic paste and the aroma of basmati rice makes our mouth watering even before the biriyani gets ready. I always like the meat to be cooked very soft, so I pressure cook for 5 or 6 whistles. Then I add the basmati rice to it, which gets cooked quickly. But my favourite is always this chicken biriyani .
