Banana Dosa
Banana dosa is a quick and easy recipe, and will definitely be loved by kids. I started making this banana dosa, when I ran out of regular dosa batter. This recipe comes to my rescue during breakfast times. This can also be served as an evening snack when kids get back home from school.
This banana dosa recipe requires very few ingredients that will be easily available anytime. If you have over-ripened bananas which cannot be consumed as such, then you can use it for this banana dosa.

Sweet Banana dosa is ready, can be served with honey and milk for a complete breakfast.
Notes:
- You may replace wheat flour with maida, but using wheat is a healthier option.
- You may replace wheat flour with rice flour too.

- You may also add shredded coconut in the batter, if you wish.
- Ghee Roasted or Dry roasted coconut bits can also be added for an extra crunch. 🙂
