Bread Pizza

Bread pizza – no oven recipe – stove top method

Few years back when pizza was a fantasy, I never thought it could be homemade. But now, it feels so simple after knowing that it can be done on a bread base. That too, without the need for an oven, this bread pizza can be prepared in a much cleaner and healthier way in every household. It can be healthy too, by using healthy bread base and a lot of veggies. The veggies are not being saute or boiled so they will definitely retain their nutritional value being consumed almost raw. I have used whole wheat bread with ragi and oats, for a healthier version. Feel free to use any variety of bread.

The red chilly flakes adds a lot of spiciness to the pizzas, so please reduce the quantity of red chilly flakes if you want it less spicy.
