Chicken gravy

Chicken gravy

This chicken gravy recipe is a GREAT sidedish for idly and dosa. Its the simplest chicken gravy recipe I can think of, and very tasty that can be prepared in short time.  It goes soooo well with idies, so whenever we make this chicken gravy , we prepare extra idlies beforehand 😀

Here’s the video

Notes:

  • This gravy goes well with rotis too. But it tastes BEST with idlies.
  • You may add more pepper powder to make it more spicy.
  • I have used dried coriander leaves , please use fresh if you get them.
